Composition
Each Tablet contains:
Paracetamol B.P 500 mg
Phenylephrine hydrochloride B.P 10 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate B.P. 2 mg
Caffeine B.P 30 mg

Indications
AGICOLD is indicated for relief of the symptoms of cold and
flu with headache, fever, pain in jointes and muscles.
Dosage and Administration
Adults: 2 tablets - 1-4 time per day
Children: 6-12 years - 1 tablet 1-4 times per day
Contraindications
Hypersensivity to any one component of the drug. Concurrent
administration of other products, which contains the same
drugs, like Agicold.
Concurrent administration of monoamine oxidase inhibitors or
tricyclic depressants, beta-adrenoblockers should be
contraindicated. Contraindications are pregnancy, lactation
and age under 6 years.
Relative contraindications to use are deficit of glucosae-6
– phosphatdehydrohenase, blood diseases, renal and leaver
insufficiency, close angle glaucoma, benign prostate
hypertrophy, Gilbert syndrome, hypertension, diseases of
thyroid gland, diabetes, asthma.

HERBAL SYRUP
Composition
Each 5 ml of syrup contains:
Adhatoda vasica 30 mg
Glycyrrhiza glabra 20 mg
Curcuma longa 10 mg
Ocimum sanctum 10 mg
Zingiber officinale 10 mg
Solanum xanthocarpum 5 mg
Piper longum 5 mg
Elettaria cardamomum 5 mg

Indications
Agicold syrup is indicated for symptomatic therapy of
inflammatory diseases of respiratory tracts accompanied by
cough, pharyngitis, laryngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia,
initial stages of whooping cough, chronic diseases of
respiratory tracts: smokers bronchitis, readers laryngitis.
Dosage and Administration
Internal use:
Children of 3-5 years: ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) thrice a
day
children 6-14 years: ½ - 1 teaspoon (2.5-5 ml) thrice
a day
Adults & adolescents of 14 years & more: 1-2
teaspoons (5-10 ml) thrice a day
Contraindications
Contra-indicated in patients hypersensitive to any of the
ingredients.

Each gm of ointment contains:
Menthol U.S.P. 60.0 mg
Camphor B.P. 70.0 mg
Eucalyptus Oil B.P. 30.0 mg
Turpentine Oil B.P. 20.0 mg
Thymol B.P 15.0 mg
Ointment base q.s.

Indications
For relief of congestive symptoms associated with sinusitis,
head cold, nasal catarrh and nasal congestion.
Dosage and Administration
Colds: For congestion in nose and chest, sore throat,
coughs, muscular tightness. Massage it vigorously on chest,
throat and back. Then spread a thick layer on chest. Keep
the body warm. Repeat at bedtime.
Head Colds, Nasal Catarrh: Twice daily melt one
teaspoon of it in very hot water and inhale the vapours.
Never reheat the mixture, never heat while inhaling.
For external use only.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

PARACETAMOL PHENYLEPHRINE VITAMIN
(Orange / Lemon Flavour)
For the use only of a Registered Medical practitioner or a
Hospital or a Laboratory.
Composition
Each sachet of 5 g powder contains
Paracetamol BP 750.0 mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride BP 10.0 mg
Vitamin C BP 60.0 mg

Properties
AGICOLD HOTMIX is particularly effective against the
symptoms of colds and flu. They contain the full recommended
dose of paracetamol to ease aches and pains and to lower the
body temperature. Also it contains Phenylephrine to clear
stuffy nose and vitamin C which is an essential vitamin; the
body lacks during cold and flu.
Indications
AGICOLD HOTMIX is indicated for relief of the symptoms of
cold and flu.
Dosage and Administration
Adults: One sachet up to 4 times a day. Dissolve the
contents of one sachet in a glass of hot water.
The drug is not recommended to children under 12 years of
age.
Contraindications
Concurrent administration of monoamine oxidase inhibitors or
tricyclic depressants with phenylephrine hydrochloride
should be contraindicated. Relative contraindications to use,
particularly with respect to systemic administration, are
Hypertension, Unstable angina and recent myocardial
infarction, Hyperthyroidism, and Pregnancy.
Paracetamol is contraindicated in persons having a
hypersensitivity to the drug. Persons who are allergic to
aspirin may not be sensitive to Paracetamol; however, mild
bronchospastic reactions have been reported in a small
number of aspirin-sensitive asthmatics following ingestion
of Paracetamol.
Vitamin C is contraindicated in patients with hyperoxaluria.
Warning & Precautions:
Not to be given to children under 12 years of age except on
medical advice.
Side effects and Special precautions:
Precautions to be taken in the following cases:Tachycardia,
Hypotension and alcoholism., Pregnancy category B.
Chronic alcohol consumption increases risk of hepatotoxicity.
Large doses of paracetamol may increase effects of oral
anticoagulants (warfarin).
Concomitant administration with isoniazid (INH) may lead to
increased risk of hepatotoxicity, therefore limit
self-administration of paracetamol.
