Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing, filling and packaging of liquid orals, ointments, gels and creams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve/reject RM,PM in process, finished products and stability samples.

Key Responsibilities (Sterile and Non-Sterile Plants:

• Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of site’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ICH guidelines, cGMP regulations and ISO Standards.
• Manage deviations, non-conformance, CAPA and change control processes with effective root cause analysis and verification of effectiveness.
• Ensure audit and inspection readiness by planning internal audits and supporting external regulatory/customer inspections.
• Define, monitor and report QMS KPI’s; lead management review to evaluate PQS effectiveness and align quality objectives.
• Oversee document control systems ensuring SOP’s, protocols and batch records are current and accessible.
